Our store offers high-quality garments made by Hong Kong master tailoring craftsmanship. We use Hong Kong, Japanese fabrics and imported fabrics from abroad, starting with an emphasis on details. On the other hand, we also provide garments made by Korean manufacturing which looks high-end but affordable.

下單前必須先電郵註冊帳號及激活帳號。下單後請檢查是否收到確認電郵，如沒有請盡快聯絡cs@nojamhk.com，以免資料有誤造成閣下任何損失。

下單後不設退款。現貨會在一至三個工作天內發出。由於訂單眾多，我們只會以電郵通知閣下取貨或出貨狀態，暫時無法特設專人電話、短訊或在線通訊等提示。門市自取14日內不取貨，即當棄單不設退款。如需更改為順豐寄出，請盡快聯絡本店。收貨後七日內可親臨門市換碼。

Before placing an order, you must first register an account by email and activate the account. After placing an order, please check if you have received a confirmation email. If not, please contact cs@nojamhk.com as soon as possible to avoid any loss due to incorrect information.

There are no refunds after placing an order. In-stock items will be shipped within one to three working days. Due to the large number of orders, we will only notify you by email of the pickup or shipping status. We currently do not provide notifications via phone, text message, or online communication. If you do not pick up your order within 14 days for store pickup, it will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued. If you wish to change to delivery by SF Express, please contact our store as soon as possible. You can exchange the size of the product in physical store within 7 days after receiving it. Please read shipping policy and refund policy for more details.
